What relates to treason not in force until 1st June next.

XIV. Provided also, That this act, so far as the same may be construed to relate to cases of treason or suspicion of treason, shall not take place or be in force until the first day of June next. [Rep., Stat. Law Rev. (I.) Act, 1879.]
