Nothing to protect undertakers from an indictment for nuisance.

18. Provided that nothing in this or the special Act, or any Act incorporated therewith, shall protect the undertakers from an indictment for nuisance, or from any other legal proceeding, in respect of any such such slaughter-house as aforesaid.
