Tolls.

30. Every person who shall knowingly act or assist in committing any fraud respecting the weighing or weight of any cart, or the loading thereof, in pursuance of this or the special Act, shall for every such offence be liable to a penalty not exceeding five pounds.

And with respect to the stallages, rents, and tolls to be taken by the undertakers, be it enacted as follows:
