Saving as to future Acts.

103. Nothing herein or in the special Act contained shall be deemed to exempt the undertakers from the provisions, regulations, and conditions which may be contained in any general Act relating to harbours, docks, or piers, or to ports, harbours, or relating to harbours, docks, or piers, or to ports, harbours, or tidal waters, which may be passed in the same session in which the special Act is passed, or any future session of Parliament.
