Certain Clauses of the 8 & 9 Vict. c. 18. rendered applicable to this Act.

XVII. In Cases not otherwise provided for in this Act, the Clauses Sixty-nine, Seventy, Seventy-one, Seventy-two, Seventy-three, Seventy-four, and Seventy-eight of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act, One thousand eight hundred and forty-five, being the Eighth and Ninth Victoria, Chapter Eighteen, shall apply in respect of the Application of the Purchase Money of all Sites purchased from incapacitated Persons, Corporations, and Trustees hereby empowered to sell, other than the Chancellor and Council of the Duchy of Lancaster and the Officers of the Duchy of Cornwall.
