Notice to be given to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners in Cases wherein they are interested.

XIX. Where any Land proposed to be enfranchised under this Act shall be held of a Manor belonging either in possession or reversion to an Ecclesiastical Corporation within the Meaning of the Act of the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Years of Her Majesty’s Reign, Chapter One hundred and four, the Ecclesiastical Commissioners forEngland shall have Notice of such Proceedings, and shall have the same Power of expressing Assent to or Dissent from such Proceedings as is by this Act directed with respect to Persons entitled to the next Estate of Inheritance in reversion or remainder, and the Provisions of the Copyhold Acts respecting such Notices, and all Proceedings thereon (except as otherwise by this Act is provided), shall be applicable to such Cases.
