As to issues of moneys to the Board by Treasury.
|
54. There shall be issued to the Board for the purposes of this Act, at such times and in such manner as the Treasury may determine, any sums of money not exceeding in the whole one million pounds, and the Treasury may from time to time issue to the said Board the said sum of one million pounds out of the Consolidated Fund or the growing produce thereof.
