Extent of Part III.

70. The foregoing provisions of this Part of this Act shall not apply to Scotland or, except subsection (4) of section sixty-eight, to the administrative county of London, and, in the application of the said subsection to London, the reference to a medical officer of health of a district shall be construed as a reference to the medical officer of health of a metropolitan borough.
