Order of the Ministry for Industry and Commerce, dated 9th April, 1924, made under Section 118 of the Companies (Consolidation) Act, 1908 , and Section 2 (1) of the Companies (Particulars as to Directors) Act, 1917, prescribing forms for the purposes of the Companies Acts, 1908 to 1917.

(Particulars as to the Directors) Act, 1917, should be altered, and the form hereinafter set forth be substituted therefor;

AND WHEREAS the functions of the Board of Trade are now vested in the Ministry for Industry and Commerce;

AND THEREFORE the Ministry for Industry and Commerce do hereby prescribe and direct that the form hereinafter set forth shall be used for the purposes of the said Section 2 (1).

WHEREAS it is expedient that a certain form prescribed by the Board of Trade for use under Section 2 (1) of the Companies
