THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE (ADMINISTRATION) ORDER, 1924.

WHEREAS by Section 16, sub-section (3) of the Criminal Justice Administration Act, 1924 , it is, amongst other things,enacted that that Act shall come into force on such day as the Minister for Justice shall by Order appoint:

AND WHEREAS it is expedient that the said Act should come into force on this date:

NOW, I, CAOIMHGHIN Ó _H-UIGÍN, Minister for Justice, by virtue of the powers conferred upon me by Section 16, sub-section (3) of the Criminal Justice (Administration) Act, 1924 , and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, do hereby order, appoint and declare:

(1) That on and from the date of this Order the Criminal Justice (Administration) Act, 1924 , shall come into and be of full force and effect.

(2) That this Order may be cited as " The Criminal Justice (Administration) Order, 1924 ".
