I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of
Section 47
of the
Court Officers Act, 1926
(No. 27 of 1926) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—
