	Prohibition of unauthorised travelling on vehicles.	155.—(1) It shall not be lawful for any person to hold on to get on or in to, or be or remain on or in a moving vehicle without the permission of the driver or other person in charge of such vehicle.
		(2) Every person who acts in contravention of this section shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding two pounds.
