CEMENT ACT, 1933 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1935.

CEMENT ACT, 1933 , (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 1935, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE NINTH DAY OF MAY, 1935, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2 of THE CEMENT ACT, 1933 .

WHEREAS it is enacted by Section 2 of the Cement Act, 1933 , (No. 17 of 1933) that the said Act shall come into operation on such day as may be fixed for that purpose by order of the Minister for Industry and Commerce :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the power conferred on him by Section 2 of the Cement Act, 1933 , (No. 17 of 1933), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Cement Act, 1933 , (Date of Commencement) Order, 1935.

2. The day on which the Cement Act, 1933 , shall come into operation is the 14th day of May, 1935.
