Amendment of section 8 of the Act of 1941. |
12.— Section 8 (which relates to restoration to employment of certain officers) of the Act of 1941 shall not apply in respect of an officer belonging to the Reserve of Officers or a temporary officer, within the meaning of the said section, who is— | |
(a) dismissed with ignominy from the service or dismissed from the service by sentence of a court martial, or | ||
(b) dismissed under section 7 of the Defence Forces Act, 1937 (No, 41 of 1937). |
