Interpretation. |
1.—(1) In this Act— | |
the expression “the Principal Act” means the Referendum Act, 1942 (No. 8 of 1942); | ||
the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Local Government and Public Health. | ||
(2) References in this Act to the Principal Act shall be construed as references to the Principal Act as amended by this Act. | ||
(3) This Act shall be construed as one with the Prinicipal Act. |
