DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION No. 172) ORDER, 1957.

I, JAMES EVERETT, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), hereby order as follows:

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 172) Order, 1957.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1957.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The days and times for holding the District Court in the district court areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby varied by the substitution of the days and times mentioned in that behalf in the said Schedule for those appointed heretofore.

4. Business transacted in the District Court which is initiated before the date on which this Order comes into operation and is not completed before that date shall be continued and completed on the days and at the times mentioned in this Order.
