Applications under sections 15 and 17 of Act of 1960.

31.—An application under section 15 of the Act of 1960 in respect of any premises may be granted notwithstanding the fact that it is not shown to the satisfaction of the Court that the premises comply with the provisions of section 5 of the Act of 1902, but an application to which both the said section 5 and subsection (1) of section 17 of the Act of 1960 refer in respect of any premises shall not be granted unless it is shown to the satisfaction of the Court that the premises comply with the provisions of the said section 5.
