Repeals. |
26.—(1) Each enactment mentioned in the Third Schedule to this Act is hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule. | |
(2) Notwithstanding the repeal by this Act of section 16 of the Act of 1948 and section 12 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1954 , grants under those sections may be paid after the passing of this Act in respect of works commenced before the 1st day of April, 1962. |
