Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— | |
“the Commissioners” means the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland; | ||
“fishery harbour centre” means any area defined by an Order for the time being in force under section 2 of this Act and declared by such order to be a fishery harbour centre; | ||
“managing authority”, in relation to a harbour, means the authority responsible for the management, control, operation and maintenance of the harbour; | ||
“the Minister” means the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries; | ||
“the Fund” means the Fishery Harbour Centres Fund established under section 9 of this Act. |
