Extension of jurisdiction of Circuit Court and District Court under Hotel Proprietors Act, 1963.

12.— Section 10 of the Hotel Proprietors Act, 1963 , is hereby amended—

(a) by the substitution of “£2,000” for “£1,000” in subsection (1), and

(b) the substitution of “£250” for “£100” in subsection (2).
