Amendment of Presidential Elections Act, 1937.

3.—The
Presidential Elections Act, 1937
, is hereby amended by—
|

(a) the deletion of “and the number of such elector shall be marked on the counterfoil,” from Rule 15 of Part 1 of the First Schedule, as amended by
section 56
of the
Electoral Act, 1963
; and
|
| |
(b) the substitution of the following form for form 8 in the Second Schedule (substituted therein by
section 52
of the
Electoral Act, 1963
):
