Short title and commencement. |
12.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Superannuation and Pensions Act, 1976. | |
(2) (a) Sections 9 (4) and 10 of this Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be fixed therefor by order of the Minister. | ||
(b) Section 11 of this Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be so fixed. |
