REGULATION OF BANKS (REMUNERATION AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF INCREASES AND AMENDMENTS) (No. 2) ORDER, 1976 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1976.

I, MICHAEL O'LEARY, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Regulation of Banks (Remuneration and Conditions of Employment) (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1976 (No. 18 of 1976), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Banks (Remuneration and Conditions of Employment) (Temporary Prohibition of Increases and Amendments) (No. 2) Order, 1976 (Revocation) Order, 1976.

2. The Regulation of Banks (Remuneration and Conditions of Employment) (Temporary Prohibition of Increases and Amendments) (No. 2) Order, 1976 ( S.I. No. 176 of 1976 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the previous Order made under the Act which prohibited pay increases for, or improvements in the other terms or conditions of employment of, the employees of the associated banks.
