S.I. No. 340/1984 - Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) (No. 2) Regulations, 1984.Eh>

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) (No. 2) Regulations, 1984.

2. The 27th day of December, 1984 shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of articles 2 and 3 of the Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1974 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1974 ).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations amend the main Regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig An Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purposes of making searches of the indexes) to enable the Office to close on Thursday, 27th December, 1984.
