Persons disqualified from holding a licence. |
4.—A local authority shall not issue a dog licence or a general dog licence to any person who— | |
(a) is under the age of sixteen years, or | ||
(b) is disqualified, pursuant to section 18 of this Act, from keeping a dog. |
