1.—In this Act— | |
“export goods” and “Special Trading House” have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, in subsection (ICC2) (inserted by the Finance Act, 1987 ) of section 39 of the Finance Act, 1980 ; | ||
“the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce. |
