INDUSTRIAL TRAINING LEVY (FOOD, DRINK AND TOBACCO INDUSTRY) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1986.

An Chomhairle Oiliúna, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 21 of the Industrial Training Act, 1967 (No. 5 of 1967), after consultation with the Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry Training Committee and after a draft of the order has been approved by the Minister for Labour, hereby makes the following order:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) (Amendment) Order, 1986.

(2) The Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) Order, 1985 (No. 299 of 1985), the Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) Order, 1986 (No. 282 of 1986) and this Order may be cited together as the Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) Orders, 1985 to 1986.

(3) This Order shall come into operation on the 12th day of January, 1987.

2. (1) Article 5 (4) of the Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) Order, 1985 (No. 299 of 1985), is hereby amended by the substitution of the word "fifteenth" for the word "fourteenth".

(2) Article 5 sub-section (3) (a) of the Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) Order, 1986 (No. 282 of 1986), is hereby amended by the substitution of the word "sixteenth" for the word "fifteenth" and the same Article sub-section (4) is hereby amended by the substitution of the word "sixteenth" for the word "fourteenth".

3. Article 2 of this Order shall be deemed to be effective as and from the dates on which the Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) Order, 1985 (No. 299 of 1985) and the Industrial Training Levy (Food, Drink and Tobacco Industry) Order, 1986 (No. 282 of 1986) came into operation.
