Amendment of section 1 of Act of 1908. |
5.—Section 1 of the Act of 1908 is hereby amended— | |
(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “life” for “a term not exceeding 20 years” (inserted by the Criminal Justice Act, 1993 ) and “felony” for “misdemeanour”, and | ||
(b) by the deletion of subsection (3). |
