1.—In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1966” means the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 ; | ||
“the Minister” means the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry; | ||
“the Principal Act” means the Bovine Diseases (Levies) Act, 1979 . |
