	Payment of fine to fire authority.	18.—(1) Where a court imposes a fine or affirms or varies a fine imposed by another court for an offence under this Act, it shall provide by order for the payment of the amount of the fine to the fire authority concerned.
		(2) The payment of such fine to a fire authority may be enforced by the fire authority as if it were due to it on foot of a decree or order made by the court in civil proceedings.
