“Power to amend or revoke orders made under this Act.

9A.—(1) If the effect of an order made by the Government under this Act has not become spent, the Government may, by further order, amend or revoke the order.
(2) If the effect of an order made by the Minister under this Act has not become spent, the Minister may, by further order, amend or revoke the order.
(3) For the purposes of this section, ‘amend’ includes add to, substitute and delete.

Either House of the Oireachtas may annul order.

9C.—(1) Either House of the Oireachtas may, by resolution passed within 21 sitting days after the day on which an order was laid before it in accordance with section 9B, annual the order.
(2) The annulment of such an order takes effect immediately on the passing of the resolution concerned, but does not affect anything that was done under the order before the passing of that resolution.”.
