Time lapse before surrender. |
27.— Subject to section 29 , a person who has been committed under a surrender order shall not be surrendered to the International Criminal Court before— | |
(a) 15 days have elapsed since the date of the order, or | ||
(b) proceedings (including any appeal proceedings) in connection with the request for arrest and surrender have been finally determined, | ||
whichever is the later. |
