S.I. No. 266/2007 - Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (Commencement of Section 8) Order 2007

I, NOEL DEMPSEY, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (No. 40 of 2006), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (Commencement of Section 8) Order 2007.

2. The 23^rd day May, 2007, is hereby appointed as the day on which Section 8 of the Energy (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2006 (No. 40 of 2006), shall come into operation.
