S.I. No. 529/2007 - Gas Amendment Act 1987, as amended by the Gas (Interim) (Regulation) Act 2002, Revocation Order 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in “Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th January, 2010.

The Commission for Energy Regulation, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 2 of the Gas Amendment Act 1987 , as amended by Section 23 (2)(b) of the Gas (Interim)(Regulation) Act 2002 , hereby order as follows:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Gas Amendment Act 1987, as amended by the Gas (Interim)(Regulation) Act 2002, Revocation Order 2007.

Interpretation

2. (1) A word or expression that is used in this Order and is also used in the Gas Amendment Act 1987 as amended by the Gas (Interim)(Regulation) Act 2002 has, unless the contrary intention appears, the same meaning in this Regulation as in the Gas Amendment Act 1987 as amended by the Gas (Interim)(Regulation) Act 2002 .

Revocation

3. The Gas (Amendment) Act 1987 (Section 2)(Supply)(No. 2) Order 2004 ( S.I. No. 443 of 2004 ) is hereby revoked.
