2.— In this Part— | |
“Act of 1933” means the Foreshore Act 1933 ; | ||
“Act of 1992” means the Foreshore (Amendment) Act 1992 ; | ||
“commencement date” means the date on which this Part and Schedule 1 come into operation under section 1 (4). |
