S.I. No. 352/2009 - Building Control Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2009

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th September, 2009.

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (3) of the Building Control Act 2007 (No. 21 of 2007), hereby orders as follows:—

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Building Control Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2009.

Commencement

2. The 30 September 2009 is appointed as the day on which the provisions of sections 5 and 6 of the Building Control Act 2007 shall come into operation.
