Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 (No. 34 of 2009), hereby order as follows:

Citation.

1. This Order may be cited as the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2009.

Commencement.

2. I appoint 21 December 2009 as the day on which the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 comes into operation.
