Amendment of section 17 of Act of 2004.

10.— Section 17 of the Act of 2004 is amended—

(a) in paragraph (1)(b), by substituting “deaths, marriages and civil partnerships” for “deaths and marriages”, and

(b) in subsection (13), by substituting “, marriages and civil partnerships” for “and marriages”.
