Section 28

(a) Substitute the following for the definition of “authorisation”:

“ ‘authorisation’ means an authorisation under this Part authorising a person to carry on a regulated business;”.

(b) Delete the definition of “inspector”.

(c) In the definition of “retail credit firm”—

(i) substitute “paragraph (e)” for “paragraph (g)”, and

(ii) substitute “section 2(1)” for “section 3”.
