Amendment of section 4 of Agriculture (Research, Training and Advice) Act 1988 | ||

5. Section 4 of the Agriculture (Research, Training and Advice) Act 1988 is amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (8) : | ||
“(9) Teagasc may develop and operate that part of the land the subject of the gift to the Nation, referred to in section 3(2) (b) (amended by section 3 of the Johnstown Castle Agricultural College (Amendment) Act 2014) of the Johnstown Castle Agricultural College (Amendment) Act 1959 , for heritage, tourism, amenity or recreational purposes.”. |
