S.I. No. 85/2014 - Saint Patricks Institution Partial Closing Order 2014.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 18th February, 2014.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (1) of the Prisons Act 1933 (No. 51 of 1933) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Saint Patricks Institution Partial Closing Order 2014.

2. The part of Saint Patricks Institution outlined in red on the map in the Schedule (other than the area outlined and hatched in green on that map which was closed by the Saint Patricks Institution Partial Closing Order 2013 ( S.I. No. 459 of 2013 )) shall be closed on and from 13 February 2014.
