I, PAT RABBITTE, Minister for Communications, Energy and National Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (1) of the ESB (Electronic Communications Networks) Act 2014 (No. 5 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Change of Name of Bord Gáis Éireann to Ervia (Appointed Day) Order 2014.

2. The day appointed for the purpose of section 8 (1) of the ESB (Electronic Communications Networks) Act 2014 (No. 5 of 2014) is 20th June 2014.
