(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.)

Following the restructuring of the Irish Stock Exchange, an amendment is required in order to reflect the change in its corporate structure and name. This amendment will allow the Irish Stock Exchange p.l.c. (CRO Registration Number 539157) replace the Irish Stock Exchange Limited (CRO Registration Number 233947) as one of the bodies or persons that shall be members of the Investor Compensation Company.
