The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection) Order 2014. | ||
2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Social Protection, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection with effect from the date opposite mention of the person. | ||
