Amendment of Gender Recognition Act 2015 | ||

24. The Gender Recognition Act 2015 is amended— | ||
(a) in section 2, by the deletion of the definition of “civil partner”, | ||
(b) in section 9, by the deletion of subsection (2)(b), | ||
(c) in section 10, by the deletion of subsection (1)(f)(i), | ||
(d) in section 11, by the deletion of subsection (2)(a)(ii), | ||
(e) in section 15(8) — | ||
(i) in paragraph (b), by the insertion of “and” after “certificate,”, | ||
(ii) by the deletion of paragraph (c), and | ||
(iii) by the deletion of paragraph (d)(ii)(I), | ||
and | ||
(f) in section 18— | ||
(i) by the deletion of subsection (3), and | ||
(ii) by the deletion of subsection (8). |
