Amendment of section 48 of Principal Act

10. Section 48 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “this Part” for “Part 5”,

(b) in subsection (3)(a), by the substitution of “2003 Framework Decision” for “Framework Decision”.
