S.I. No. 90/2018 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Finance) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th March, 2018.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Finance) Order 2018.

2. Mr. Barry Harrington, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Michael D’Arcy, Minister of State at the Department of Finance with effect from 12 February 2018.
