I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 12 and 343 (4) of the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014) hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (Forms) Regulations 2018. | ||
2. The form (Form B1) set out in the Schedule to these Regulations is substituted for the form set out in Part 23 of the Schedule to the Companies Act 2014 (Forms) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 147 of 2015 ). | ||

The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe an amended form for the purposes of section 343 (4) of the Companies Act 2014 . Form B1 is the prescribed form for the annual return of a company. |
