S.I. No. 110/2018 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Designated Body) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th April, 2018.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 (3) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), following consultation with the National Treasury Management Agency, the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, and considering that it is in the financial interests of the State to do so, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Designated Body) Order 2018.

2. In this Order “An Post” means the company referred to in section 10 (1)(a) of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983 (No. 24 of 1983).

3. An Post shall be a designated body for the purposes of Part 3 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014).
