S.I. No. 181/2018 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice and Equality) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th May, 2018.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and Equality and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follow:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice and Equality) Order 2018.

2. Ms Caroline Murphy, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice and Equality, 51 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice and Equality with effect from 10 April 2018.
